Service Description

Designed for Classes 11–12 students who need structured support to identify suitable careers and connect those careers with relevant courses and education pathways. The programme combines a psychometric career assessment with pre- and post-assessment counselling. A RISEON career counsellor considers the student’s strengths, aptitude, interests, personality, academic background and aspirations before recommending realistic career and course directions. The student and parent leave with greater clarity about what to explore, which options fit the student’s profile and what decisions should be prioritised next.
